چکیده
Abstract In this study, the clay was interwoven with cellulose to change its structure. The product clay/cellulose used assess efficacy of methylene blue (MB) dye removal from aqueous solutions (CC25). response surface methodology and Box-Behnken design were optimize influence crucial parameters (cellulose load, adsorbent dosage, solution pH, temperature, contact duration) (RSM-BBD). greatest effectiveness 98.76% for a loading 25.0% following working conditions, i.e., dosage 0.06 g/L, pH 7, temperature 45 °C, length 20 min. At time, maximum adsorption capacity 254.8 mg/g. pseudo-second-order model, according kinetics research, describe process. MB process endothermic spontaneous, computed thermodynamic functions. developed composite material, our results, has very high color absorption removal.

Cotton stalk (CS), cotton waste (CW), and cotton dust (CD), which are cotton wastes, were used as adsorbents to study the adsorption kinetics of methylene blue from aqueous solution. Kinetics of the batch adsorption experiment was investigated according to the pseudo-first order, the pseudo-second order, and the intraparticle diffusion models used commonly in the literature. The effects of the ...

Oak sawdust (OSD), furniture industrial waste was chemically treated with 0.1N NaOH to give hydrolyzed oak sawdust (HOSD) which was immobilized on alginate biopolymer. Hydrolyzed oak sawdust composite (HOSDC) was utilized as low-cost adsorbent to remove basic dye (methylene blue, MB) from aqueous solution. HOSD and HOSDC were characterized by using Scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermo gra...
